Cutting through the noise
Staying here exceeded my expectations. The family-friendly design is impeccable, with thoughtful touches like a shelf for toiletries. The heated underground parking is a boon. Although a bit out of town, the free shuttle and lovely dining options make up for it. This gem truly shines amidst the bustle of touristy Banff!

Stunning mountain views from our room!
We were quite disappointed with the pillows, as they were incredibly uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the pool and laundry facilities were not ready during our stay, which was frustrating given the hotel is new. There was also a noticeable lack of professionalism from some staff members, particularly the manager at check-in, which added to our unease during the stay.

Family with children Loving the unexpected touches
The staff were incredibly kind, especially when they surprised us with a cake for our honeymoon! Plus, the fresh tea and coffee they provided daily was a lovely touch to enjoy in our huge room with the amazing mountain view.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but tolerable.
